Indictments charging defendant with burglary, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, criminal conspiracy, receiving stolen property and loitering and prowling at nighttime. Before HONEYMAN, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of burglary, criminal conspiracy and loitering and prowling and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 760, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Jan. T., 1975, Nos. 1399 and 1399.1. Argued June 14, 1976.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
