Indictments charging defendant with assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, assault with intent to kill, assault with intent to maim, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, riot, unlawful assembly, and conspiracy. Before CATANIA, J. Appeal, No. 324, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Sept. T., 1972, Nos. 615, 616, and 619. Argued June 18, 1974.
