Indictments charging defendant with unlawful possession of narcotic drugs and dealing in narcotic drugs. Before RIDGE, J. Verdict of guilty of dealing in narcotic drugs and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 238, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Jan. T., 1972, No. 945.
