Indictments charging defendant with rape, unlawful possession of an instrument of crime, possession of a prohibited offensive weapon and criminal conspiracy. Before BRADLEY, P.J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of rape and criminal conspiracy and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1008, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1974, Nos. 279 and 281.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
