Indictment charging defendant with violation of The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act. Before KURTZ, JR., P.J. Appeal, No. 830, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, No. 341 C of 1974. Argued June 11, 1975.
