T., 1974, from judgments of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, April T., 1972, No. 56, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. George Harris Lubeck, Robert Michael Cohen, Sidney Stanley Taylor, David Lee Zalles, Norman Schutzbank, Nicholas Zampitella, Alfred Stelweck, Jonathan Harvey DeYoung, Jerome Slobotkin, Emidio Frank Tucci and Robert Alfred Friedman. Judgments of sentence vacated and appellants discharged.
Indictment charging defendants with establishing a gambling place and conspiracy. Before DAVIS, J., specially presiding, without a jury.
Finding of guilty and judgments of sentence entered thereon. Defendants appealed.
