Indictments charging defendant with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Before ADAMS, J. Verdict of guilty of theft by unlawful taking and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 250, April T.; 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County, No. 633 of 1974.
