Criminal proceedings. Burglary, felonious restraint, recklessly endangering another person, theft of movable property, kidnapping, criminal trespass, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy. Before BREENE, J. No. 294 Pittsburgh 1981. Appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Venango County, Criminal Division, No. 22976. Argued October 26, 1981.
