Indictments charging defendant with corruption of a minor and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse. Before BROMINSKI, P.J. Plea of guilty entered and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1911, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, Nos. 479 and 480 of 1975.

Case remanded to the lower court to allow appellant to file a petition to withdraw his guilty plea nunc pro tunc. See Commonwealth v. Roberts, 237 Pa. Super. 336, 352 A.2d 140 (1975).
