Indictments charging defendant with cheating by fraudulent pretenses, conspiracy to cheat and defraud, and violation of the Charitable Fund Solicitation Act. Before DITTER, JR., J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 865, Oct. T., 1968, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Montgomery County, Nov. T., 1966, No. 59. Argued December 9, 1968.

OPINION PER CURIAM: Judgment of sentence affirmed, and the defendant is directed to appear in the court below at such time as he may be there called, and that he be by that court committed until he has complied with the sentence, or any part thereof which had not been performed at the time the appeal was made a supersedeas.
