Appeal, No. 637, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, April T., 1973, No. 879, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Arthur Jones. Judgment of sentence reversed and matter remanded for new trial.
Indictment charging defendant with robbery. Before CIRILLO, J.
Plea of guilty entered and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed.

The judgment of sentence is hereby reversed and this matter is remanded to the lower court for a new trial due to the unavailability of any trial transcript which might permit meaningful review.
