Indictments charging defendant with carrying a concealed deadly weapon, burglary with intent to commit a felony, assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, indecent assault, and assault and battery with intent to ravish. Before STERN, J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 83 and 84, Oct. T., 1967, from judgments of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Nov. T., 1965, Nos. 2 and 3. Submitted June 12, 1967.
