Indictments charging defendant with robbery, burglary and theft. Before HOURIGAN, J. Plea of guilty to charges of burglary and robbery entered and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 443, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, No. 765 of 1974, and No. 463 of 1975.
