Indictments charging defendant with assault and battery, carrying firearms on a public street, carrying firearms without a license, playfully pointing and discharging a deadly weapon, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, unlawful entry, attempt with intent to kill, burglary and malicious mischief. Before CAIN, JR., J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1275, Oct. T., 1974, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1973, Nos. 1239, and 1249 to 1254, inclusive.

Salvatore J. Cucinotta, and Pirillo, Cucinotta Tumini, submitted a brief for appellant; John M. DiDonato, Assistant District Attorney, with him F. Emmett Fitzpatrick, District Attorney, for Commonwealth, appellee.


Judgment of sentence affirmed.
