Indictment charging defendant with rape and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse. Before GUARINO, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1842, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1974, Nos. 185 and 186. Submitted December 16, 1975.

The case is remanded for completion of the record by addition of volumes I, III and IV of notes of testimony taken at appellant's trial.
