No. 785 MAL 2003, Petition for Allowance of Appeal from the Opinion and Order of the Superior Court at 833 A.2d 227 (Pa.Super. 2003) (Joyce, J, Popovich, SJ, and Kelly, SJ, dissenting) reversing the Judgment of Sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County (Hess, J) and remanding the matter for further proceedings.


ORDER


AND NOW, this 10th day of March 2004, the Petition for Allowance of Appeal is GRANTED, and the order of the Superior Court is REVERSED, pursuant to Commonwealth v. Ellis, 662 A.2d 1043, 1047 (Pa. 1995) (reasonable suspicion is all that is required to support initial investigative detention). Jurisdiction relinquished.
