Indictments charging defendant with burglary, sodomy, assault and battery with intent to ravish, aggravated assault and battery, and assault and battery with intent to murder. Before RICHETTE, J. Appeal, No. 306, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1972, Nos. 1410-1413. Argued June 11, 1974.
