Indictment charging defendant with escape. Before TERRIZZI, P.J., without a jury. Plea of guilty entered and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 982, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas of Huntingdon County, Nos. 104, 106, 107, and 118 of 1974.
