Indictment charging defendant with violation of The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act and criminal conspiracy. Before LEWIS, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgments of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeals, Nos. 26 and 27, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Nos. CC7408263A and CC7408274A.
