Indictment charging defendant with conspiracy, larceny receiving stolen goods, possession of burglary tools, and burglary. Before CHUDOFF, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 557, Oct. T., 1968, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Oct. T., 1967, No. 930.
