Indictments charging defendant with attempted murder, kidnapping and conspiracy. Before BUCHER, J. Appeal, No. 608, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, Nos. 1455 and 1456 of 1973. Argued June 13, 1975.
