Indictments charging defendant with murder, voluntary manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter and unlawful possession of a firearm without a license. Before BLOOM, J. Appeal, No. 715, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Dec. T., 1973, Nos. 852 to 855, inclusive. Argued June 13, 1975.
