Indictments charging defendant with armed robbery, receiving stolen goods and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before MORRIS, J., specially presiding. Appeal, No. 66, April T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Oct. T., 1962, Nos. 3 and 14. Submitted April 12, 1973.
