Indictment charging defendant with theft, theft by receiving stolen goods and criminal conspiracy. Before LEWIS, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of theft and criminal conspiracy and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 648, April T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. 6343A of 1974.
