Indictments charging defendant with robbery by force, crimes committed with firearms and conspiracy. Before KREIDER, J., specially presiding. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 660, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, May T., 1974, Nos. 915, 923, and 924. Submitted June 14, 1976.
