Petition No. 385 W.D. Allocatur Dkt. 1987, for Allowance of Appeal from the Order of the Superior Court, 368 Pa. Super. 638, 531 A.2d 31 (1987), entered May 28, 1987 at No. 185 Pittsburgh, 1984, affirming the Judgment of Sentence entered January 9, 1984 in the Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division of Erie County at Nos. 380, 592, 596 and 597 of 1980.


ORDER


The Petition for Allowance of Appeal is granted. The matter is remanded to Superior Court for consideration of the issues raised in Petitioner Donald L. Gaerttner's pro se brief. Jurisdiction is relinquished.
