Petition for Allowance of Appeal from the Order of the Superior Court.


ORDER


AND NOW, this 15th day of March, 2011, in response to the Petition for Allowance of Appeal, it appearing that Petitioner's appointed Post Conviction Relief Act ("PCRA") counsel has been permitted to withdraw as counsel, the matter is remanded to the PCRA court for a determination of representation. If new counsel is appointed, or if Petitioner proceeds pro se, counsel or Petitioner may file a request for nunc pro tunc relief in relation to the order of the PCRA court dated May 10, 2010, or to seek any other available relief. Such filing shall occur within thirty days of the PCRA court's order determining the status of counsel representation. Jurisdiction is relinquished.
