Indictment charging defendant with burglary, criminal conspiracy, theft of movable property and theft by receiving stolen property. Before TREDINNICK, J. Verdict of guilty of burglary and criminal conspiracy and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1661, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Oct. T., 1974, No. 4036.
