ORDER


AND NOW, this 14th day of May, 2009, the "Notice of Petition for Certiorari to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania," which is treated as a Petition for Review, is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to Petitioner to file a Post Conviction Relief Act petition in the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County seeking nunc pro tunc reinstatement of his right to a direct appeal before the Superior Court. See Commonwealth v. Lantzy, 736 A.2d 564 (Pa. 1999) and Pa.R.Crim.P. 122(B). Furthermore, the Application for an Immediate Hearing on the Petition for Review, the Petition for Correction or Modification of the Record, and the Application for Appointment of Counsel are DENIED.
