Indictment charging defendant with carrying a concealed deadly weapon without a license, aggravated robbery, conspiracy and assault with intent to kill. Before KELLEY, J. Appeal, No. 263, Oct. T., 1967, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, May T., 1966, No. 5872. Argued June 15, 1967.
