Indictments charging defendant with solicitation to commit sodomy and resisting arrest. Before GUERIN, P.J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 117 and 118, Oct. T., 1969, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Sept. T., 1968, Nos. 807 and 808. Argued March 20, 1969.
