Indictments charging defendant with sale at retail of non-priority drug, conspiracy and unlawful delivery and possession of controlled substances. Before MORGAN, J. Pleas of guilty entered and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 116, March T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Nos. 2395 and 2396 of 1973, and Nos. 487 to 490, inclusive, of 1974.
