Indictment charging defendant with theft and theft by receiving stolen property. Before RAUP, J. Verdict of guilty of theft by receiving stolen property and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1676, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County, No. 74-10-754 of 1974. Submitted December 16, 1975.
