Indictments charging defendant with robbery and unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture or deliver. Before CALDWELL, J. Verdict of guilty of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture or deliver and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 135, March T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, No. 220 of 1975. Submitted March 8, 1976.
