Indictment charging defendant with pandering, prostitution and transporting a female for purpose of prostitution. Before RIAL, J., specially presiding, without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 383, April T., 1974, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Sept. T., 1970, No. 6608.
