Indictments charging defendant with aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person. Before SCHWARTZ, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 453, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7602381A. Argued November 16, 1977.
