Indictments charging defendant with murder, voluntary manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter, attempt with intent to kill, assault with intent to maim, obstructing a police officer in the execution of legal process, larceny, receiving stolen goods, failure to stop and render aid and give identification, operating motor vehicle without the consent of the owner, corrupting the morals of a minor and related offenses. Before DAUER, J. Appeal, No. 112, April T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Feb. T., 1973, Nos. 1312-A, 1314-A, 1315-A, and 1316-A.
