Indictments charging defendant with robbery, conspiracy, burglary, larceny, aggravated robbery, assault and battery, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act and pointing a deadly weapon. Before McGOVERN, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 462, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, May T., 1973, Nos. 358, 359, 360, 364, and 365.
