Indictments charging defendant with unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Before CONABOY, J. Appeal, No. 1299, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, No. 766 (a) (b) of 1973. Argued September 10, 1975.
