Indictments charging defendant with burglary, escape and conspiracy. Before GATES, P.J. Pleas of guilty entered and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1543, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County, Nos. 198, 199, and 320 of 1975.
