Appeal No. 106 W.D. Appeal Docket 1988, from the Order of the Superior Court at No. 743 Pittsburgh 1986, dated June 15, 1988, reversing the Judgement of Sentence entered on April 28, 1986, 375 Pa. Super. 261, 544 A.2d 462 (1988), and remanding for a new trial in the Court of Common Pleas of Somerset County, Criminal Division, at No. 278 Criminal 1984.
ORDER OF COURT
The Applications for reargument, reconsideration and stays are denied and the mandate of this Court's opinion entered May 10, 1990, 524 Pa. 551, 574 A.2d 584, is amended to read: Accoringly, we reverse the order of the Superior Court, reinstate the judgement of sentence entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Somerset County and remand to Superior Court of disposition of the remaining issues not disposed of by the Superior Court.
