Indictment charging defendant with robbery while armed, robbery with accomplice, robbery by force and violence, burglary, larceny, receiving stolen property, conspiracy, assault with intent to kill, aggravated assault and battery, and corrupting the morals of minors. Before KENT, J. Appeal, No. 1228, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, Jan. T., 1973, No. 136. Argued September 12, 1975.
