Indictments charging defendant with robbery, conspiracy, unlawfully carrying a firearm without a license and unlawful possession of a prohibited offensive weapon. Before HALBERT, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of unlawfully carrying a firearm without a license and unlawful possession of a prohibited offensive weapon and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1450, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1974, Nos. 1448 and 1449.
