Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Criminal Trial Division, Nos. 613-614: 617-618 Feb. T., 1979. Before Michael E. Wallace, I. Raymond Kremer, James D. McCrudden, Judges. The Superior Court, No. 2684, Philadelphia 1980.

The judgment of sentence is vacated, and the case is remanded to the court of common pleas for a rehearing of appellant's (1) post-verdict motions and (2) sentencing. The rehearings are to be conducted by a judge or judges other than the challenged trial judge. Jurisdiction is relinquished to the court of common pleas.
