Indictment charging defendant with unlawful possession with intent to deliver marijuana and sale of marijuana. Before WOLFE, P.J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of unlawful sale of marijuana and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 551, April T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas of Warren County, Nov. T., 1973, No. 41. Argued November 17, 1975.
