Indictments charging defendant with unlawfully carrying firearms on public streets or public property, unlawfully carrying a firearm without a license, unlawful possession of instruments of crime and rape. Before RICHETTE, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 328, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1973, Nos. 1273 and 1274. Argued September 11, 1975.
