Indictment charging defendant with robbery, larceny, receiving stolen goods, assault and battery, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and pointing a deadly weapon. Before deFURIA, J. Appeal, No. 467, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, March T., 1973, Nos. 176 to 180, inclusive. Argued June 13, 1975.
