Indictment charging defendant with assault with attempt to commit sodomy, sodomy, assault and battery and corrupting the morals of a minor. Before BARBIERI, J. Appeal, No. 1051, Oct. T., 1967, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Jan. T., 1967, No. 749. Argued December 13, 1967.
