Indictments charging defendant with aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person. Before REED, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeals, Nos. 144 and 145, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Nos. 7501175A and 7500949A.
