Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Before SATTERTHWAITE, P.J. Appeal, No. 580, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 1200 of 1972. Argued June 12, 1975.
